An Online 8-week Course

People with ADHD and attention difficulties have many strengths as well as areas you want to work on – particularly around staying on track, keeping focus and handling strong emotions. And these difficulties can get in the way of living life to the full.
This training is designed to help people learn skills that can find a way through the ups and downs of ADHD. It teaches the skills of mindfulness, a technique to that has been shown in many studies to be effective in helping calm the mind and settling focus. Mindfulness is simple to learn but harder to master and this course adapts traditional training in mindfulness to those who have been diagnosed with ADHD, who self-identify with ADHD or who just want to improve their ability to focus. This 8-week online course, based on Lidia Zylowska’s 8 step programme for using mindfulness to overcome the difficulties of ADHD by encouraging attention, managing emotions and achieving your goals. It could make a big difference to your life.
