I’m a Clinical Psychologist, Trainer, and Storyteller based in Wales, UK, focusing on storytelling in education & therapy, mindfulness based therapies, and ADHD.
I’ve authored publications on emotional literacy and storytelling. I’m a Visiting Fellow at the University of South Wales and a BPS Chartered Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
